- 1
Upload your PDFs
Drop them in or pick them from your computer: up to 100 pages and 50 MB each, 10 at a time. - 2
Pick a language and a model
13 languages to translate into. Built-in AI works right away, and Ultra adds an advanced model. - 3
Read online, then download
Read the translation side by side as soon as it's done. When you download, choose side by side or the translation alone.
The layout stays where it was
Only the text turns into the translation. Everything else on the page stays put.
Formulas and tables stay intact
Formulas are kept as they are, tables are translated cell by cell, and images keep their captions on the same page.
One translation, two versions
Side by side puts each original page next to its translation. Translation only keeps the original's pages and layout.
Built-in AI, nothing to set up
No API key of your own. Pro and Ultra translate with their weekly Built-in AI credit.
Deleted after 7 days
Your PDF is only used for this translation. It's deleted a day after the translation ends, the translations after 7 days, and you can delete them sooner.
Made for these PDFs
Any PDF whose text you can select will do. These are the most common.

A free account can translate one PDF and read the whole translation online. Downloading and translating more need Pro or Ultra, which translate with their weekly Built-in AI credit; longer PDFs use more of it.
No. PDF translation runs on our servers, where one PDF can take several minutes, so your own key would have to be handed to our server to hold. For security, our backend accepts no API keys from users, for three reasons. First, a server that stores everyone's keys becomes a single target: one breach would leak them all at once. Second, a key carries your balance and permissions with the AI provider; a stolen one can be used up or resold, the bill lands on you, and we would have little way to notice. Third, AI has made finding flaws and automating attacks easier than ever, and a stolen key turns straight into money, so attacks like these keep growing. That's why PDF translation always uses Built-in AI, and you don't need a key at all.
Headings, columns, formulas, tables and images stay where they were; only the text is translated. A very complex page can come out slightly off. If you see one, tell us with Report a problem on the translation's page.
Side by side puts each original page next to its translation, for reading them together. Translation only has the same pages and layout as the original, with the text translated. One translation makes both; you choose when you download.
Not yet: only PDFs whose text you can select. Scans, and PDFs whose pages are images, can't be translated for now.
Each PDF can have up to 100 pages and 50 MB. You can pick up to 10 at a time, and they translate one after another.
It usually starts within about a minute, then takes around 10 seconds a page. It runs in the background: close the page and open it later from your history.
