Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Read Frog subscriptions for Notebase and related digital learning features offered through https://readfrog.app.

Digital Product Delivery

Read Frog is a digital language-learning and reading-assistance service. Notebase is delivered online through the user's Read Frog account. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew after that billing period ends.

Refunds

First payments are refundable within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used for your Read Frog account and your payment receipt or order reference.

Mid-period cancellations are not prorated unless required by applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.

Payment Review Status

Paid subscriptions are being prepared and checkout is not live yet. We will publish final pricing and subscription management details before accepting customer payments.
