Yes, and no card is needed. Without an account you can translate web pages, selected text and video subtitles: Google and Microsoft Translator need no key, and your own AI provider has no limits on our side. Sign in to also keep 10 notes, make 10 MCP calls a day and translate 1 PDF for free.
It resets every 7 days, every Built-in AI feature shares it, and what's left doesn't carry over. Spent only on PDFs, Pro's weekly credit translates about 200 pages; spent only on custom AI Actions, it covers over a thousand calls. Ultra's credit is 4× Pro's.
Ultra has 4× Pro's Built-in AI credit plus Advanced Built-in AI, 1,000 minutes of AI video subtitles a month (Pro has 300), unlimited MCP calls (Pro has 50 a day), early access to beta features and priority support. Everything else is the same in both plans.
Not necessarily. Page, selection and subtitle translation and custom AI Actions all work with your own API key, free and without limits. PDF translation and AI subtitles run on our servers and use Built-in AI only, and unlimited notes and flashcard review come with Pro or Ultra.
You can cancel at any time. Your paid access stays until the end of the current billing period, and the plan won't renew after that. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase: email [email protected] with your account email and payment receipt, and the money goes back to your original payment method.
Payments are handled by Stripe: cards, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more, with checkout listing the ones available for your region and currency. Prices show in US dollars, Chinese yuan or Canadian dollars depending on your language or region, and you're charged in the currency shown on the page.
